Shake Shake Pop is a game that provides you with a fun and entertaining workout!

The shaking motion necessary to complete each of the levels will help you gain forearm strength and stamina, all through the convenience of your iPhone!

☛ About Shake Shake Pop! ☚

There are 3 basic levels:
-Level 1: A can of soda
-Level 2: A 20oz. bottle
-Level 3: A 2-liter bottle

As a new player, you will have to start at Level 1. Do well, and you can unlock the next levels. Here is the breakdown:

✔ If youre too slow: youll be asked to try again. You will only be able to replay the same level or go back to the main menu.

✔ If you get a GOOD time (7 to 12 sec), youve unlocked the next level and can either replay the same level, or move on to the next. If your time was good enough to record a high score, youll be prompted to enter your name and your time will be recorded.

✔ If you get an EXCELLENT time (7 sec or faster), youve unlocked the next level and have earned a trophy for that level as well (Ill explain more about this in a sec). If your time was good enough to make the high score list, youll be prompted to enter your name and your time will be recorded.

❖ BONUS LEVEL ❖

If you achieve an EXCELLENT time on each of the three basic levels, you will unlock the BONUS LEVEL. Well let you find out exactly what it is.

Please note that the lite version contains 1 fully functional level.

☛ BASIC HAND TECHNIQUE ☚

The best way to hold your iPhone is tightly in the palm of your hand with the screen facing directly towards you. It helps if you keep your thumb on the top corner for stability.

Grasp the iPhone and move it in an up and down motion. Moving or shaking the iPhone side to side will do very little for your time (except lengthen it!).

IMPORTANT: The optimal speed and length of stroke is different for each level. Its up to you to figure out what works best. Maybe its a short fast stroke, or maybe its a long slow one. Once you hone in on the correct rhythm, your time to finish each level will drastically improve.

☛ THE PROGRESS BAR ☚

At the bottom of each level, youll notice a progress bar. This will help you determine how much more shaking you have left to do before you complete the level and explode the bottle.

BE CAREFUL! If you happen to stop while playing, the progress bar will go down and youll have that much more work to do!

☢ CAUTION ☢

Please play Shake Shake Pop with care. When shaking your iPhone, be sure to hold on tight and watch your surroundings. It can be really easy to accidentally throw your iPhone and brake it. Even worse, you could sit somebody or something.

In addition, it is recommend that you play Shake Shake Pop once day, no longer than 15 minutes to avoid any injuries and for maximum results!
